1. General
1.1 These General Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all transactions between LLC VALMIR.A, Uliha Street 130-7, Liepaja, LV-3416, Reg. No. 52103038651 (referred to as "we," "us," or "Valmira") and you (the "Customer," "you") when you visit and place an order via our website https://valmiralingerie.com (referred to "online store").
1.2 If a Customer purchases goods or services through the online store, such an agreement is considered a Distance Contract and is governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia regulating distance contracts, including, but not limited to, the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia and the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers “Regulations on Distance Contracts”, among others.
1.3 By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before ordering.
1.4 You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, not under guardianship, have a valid email, and a delivery address within our shipping markets (excluding mail forwarding companies).
1.5 Orders placed for corporate, commercial, or self-employed activities are not accepted. We do not issue commercial VAT invoices.
1.6 We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The Terms applicable to your purchase are those in effect at the time of your order.
2. Prices and Delivery Charges
2.1 Prices are shown in euros (€), including VAT but excluding delivery charges.
2.2 Delivery charges and options will be displayed during checkout and depend on your delivery address and items ordered.
2.3 Promotions, discount codes, and offers are valid only as specified and cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
3. Ordering
3.1 Orders are placed by adding items to your shopping cart and completing checkout.
3.2 Upon order placement, you will receive an automatic email confirmation.
3.3 We reserve the right to accept or reject orders for operational, legal, or commercial reasons. You will be informed promptly if your order is not accepted.
3.4 Payments made for rejected orders will be refunded via the original payment method.
4. Availability of Goods
4.1 Goods are generally available but may be out of stock due to demand. In such cases, you will be notified immediately and no contract is formed for unavailable goods.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Payment currency
All prices on our website are listed in euros (EUR). When paying by card via Stripe, your bank may automatically convert the amount to your local currency. Funds are received by the online store in euros.
5.2 Payment methods
5.2.1 Bank cards (Visa, Mastercard)
Card payments are available in all countries where we deliver, through the secure payment platform Stripe. Funds are charged only after the order is confirmed.
5.2.2 Online banking
Online banking payments are available via the MakeCommerce.lv (Maksekeskus AS) payment platform in the following countries and banks:
a) Latvia: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, and Luminor
b) Estonia: Swedbank, SEB, and Luminor
c) Lithuania: Swedbank, SEB, and Luminor
d) Finland: Ålandsbanken, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, POP Pankki
NB! When using the online banking payment method, please confirm your order and click the “Return to Merchant” button.
5.2.3 Digital banks (Revolut, N26)
Payments via Revolut and N26 are supported through the MakeCommerce.lv (Maksekeskus AS) platform. These banks can be used similarly to local online banking options, provided the account is linked and supported within the payment flow.
5.3 Personal data protection
Personal data required for payment are transmitted to the licensed payment institution Maksekeskus AS or Stripe and protected according to international security standards.
5.4 Contract conclusion
The agreement becomes effective once the payment is successfully received in the online store’s bank account. If, for any reason, the order cannot be fulfilled, the Buyer will be notified, and the paid amount will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the notification.
5.5 Payment authorization
Payment is authorized at the time of placing the order.
5.6 Payment data verification
We reserve the right to verify payment data and refuse an order based on the verification results.
6. Delivery
6.1 Delivery Methods
We ship all orders from our warehouse in Latvia. Currently, we deliver to Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Poland, Sweden, Denmark, Czech Republic, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Slovakia, Finland, and Austria.
Delivery is made via DPD parcel lockers or DPD courier service.

6.3 Free Shipping
We offer free standard delivery on all orders over €60 to eligible countries.
6.4 Delivery Issues
If delivery attempts fail or the order remains uncollected after reminders, we reserve the right to charge the shipping costs and do not refund them.
7. Returns
7.1 Return Window
In accordance with the law, you have the right to return the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt. We voluntarily provide additional time, making the total return period 30 calendar days.
7.2 Conditions for Return
Returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original labels and tags attached.
7.3 How to Initiate a Return
7.3.1. We strive to make the return process as simple and convenient as possible for you. To initiate a return through our store, please follow these steps:
a) Log in to the system
Go to the Orders page and enter your email address used during the order placement.
b) Verify your identity
A confirmation code will be sent to your email. Enter it on the website to access your profile.
c) Select the order for return
In your personal account, open the list of your orders and choose the one you wish to return.
d) Submit a return request
Click on the "Submit return request" button and follow the on-screen instructions.
e) Wait for confirmation
We will respond to your request within 5 business days.
7.3.2. Returns without prior approval and return labels will not be accepted.
7.4 Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you of the return approval. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank. If you haven’t received your refund within 14 days, contact us at service.valmira@gmail.com or using Contact Form. We will respond to your return request within 5 business days.
7.5 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please indicate this when filling out the Return request.
We will respond to your return request within 5 business days.
If you return the entire order due to damage, defect, or incorrect items, we will refund the full purchase price including shipping costs you paid.
7.6 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return it and place a new order.
7.7 Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards are non-returnable.
7.8 Return shipping cost
Returns to DPD parcel lockers using the return label we provide are free of charge for the customer.
7.9 Shipping Cost refund on Returns
a) If you return an order or part of an order that included a paid shipping fee (i.e., orders under €60), this shipping fee is non-refundable.
b) If your order qualified for free shipping (orders over €60) but after a return the total value falls below €60, we will deduct the standard shipping fee from your refund — unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
c) If you return the entire order due to damage, defect, or incorrect items, we will refund the full purchase price, including the original shipping cost you paid.
7.10 Shipping Cost refund on Not Collected Orders
a) If you paid for delivery (orders under €60) and do not collect your order, resulting in it being returned to us, we will refund only the value of the items; the shipping cost will not be refunded.
b) If your order qualified for free shipping (orders over €60) but you do not collect your order, resulting in it being returned to us, we will deduct the standard shipping fee from your refund.
8. Liability
8.1 We make reasonable efforts to ensure product and information accuracy but are not liable for minor discrepancies such as color variations or measurement approximations.
8.2 We are not liable for failure to perform due to force majeure events including but not limited to government action, war, natural disasters, or pandemics.
9. Privacy Policy
9.1 Our Privacy Policy is an integral part of these Terms. It describes how Valmira collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our website or services.
9.2 The current version of the Privacy Policy is always available at: https://valmiralingerie.com/pages/privacy-policy.
9.3 By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to be bound by the terms of the Privacy Policy.
10. Dispute Resolution

10.2 We comply with local alternative dispute resolution procedures.
10.3 These Terms comply with Latvian law and mandatory consumer rights cannot be excluded or limited.
11. Changes to Terms
11.1 We may update this Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
11.2 Your purchase is governed by the Terms in effect at the time of your order.
12. Language versions
These Terms may be available in several languages. In case of discrepancies between versions, the Latvian text shall prevail.
